  1. Use a pyrex measuring cup, it has ounces on the opposite side of the cups measuring side.

    Or use a food scale.

  2. look on the back of the bag where the nutrition facts are printed.  it should tell you how many chips are in a serving, and how many servings are in the bag.  then do the math...easier said than done, i know, but that's how you do it.  or, take 1 chip for every 2.4 in the bag :)

  3. Just use half the bag. Is it really going to be an Issue with anyone that there is a little more chocolate?

  4. Take 1 chocolate chip for every 2.4 that is in the bag.

  5. Just eyeball it. It'll be a little less than half a bag. Probably won't even matter if you get a little more than 10 oz., but you did not mention what you're using it for. One can never have too much chocolate! LOL

  6. why not split them into 5 equal piles and use 2 of the piles???

i no it will be margainly out but hey u wont get it perfect on weighing scales either.
