How can I measure resistance, voltage, capacitance, diode, etc... using a computer? what software I need?

I need to measure these readings using a computer. I want all the readings shown in the screen. How to do this one? What do I need to prepare. Please help me.

TI and VIZ I think still have test instruments that have computer interfaces for 2 co's. Don't have the time to research it further for you, but you can start there. E corp has lots of Gov. surplus test beds too that would be cheaper than Labview.
