How can I meet Michael Phelps?

Is there a list of meet-and-greets on his website or something? I couldn't find it.

Well you go to a news station and tell them that you are not going to eat until you meet Michael Phelps. So then they will put you on the news Michael Phelps will be watching the news he will feel so inspired that you like him so much that he will organise to meet you.

My friend goes to the University of Michigan, and when he became a fan, he just kept hanging around the pool to try and see if he'd see him, and he did!  But Michael was in the middle of swimming a billion laps, so he didn't get his autograph :-|
