How can I meet zac efron in person?

I don't feel that just seein zac with eyes was enough. I want to do a meet and greet or maybe actually hang with him. Does anyone know how I can do this?

Usually when your out and about in La u'll meet famous people, i met Corbin Bleu once when i was in Pasadena. Hes cool

Search on google, maybe get intouch with his manager, and aarange but it'll cost.

Errmm find out some places where he hangs and maybe go their and you'll have a tiny chance.
