How can I move subscribed members from old yahoo group to new one without going thru subscribe process again?

There is no way other than sending each member an invitation to join the new group and hope they do.

It really isn't hard.  I know because I've been through it.

what you can do as well..is copy all there e-mails down on notepad which is on your computer. then e-mail them and ask them if they would like to join. Members or people don't like to join groups with out asking them first and they can report you for spamming them..or even go to the part is saying your collecting e-mail to have other join with out asking. that's is a easy way of doing that. By asking first

you're going to want them to subscribe. if you add them, then they'll only be e-mail list members and wont have access to the groups features.
