How can I move the interests section to the About Me area on MySpace?

Question

Please don't give me a link, I will absolutely not use it.

Basically, I want to cut and paste my current Interests section (along with the Heroes, Movies, Music, etc) into the About Me section, which is currently not shown due to a "Remove Right Side" code.

Please help.
