How can I move the "Back" button from the left side to the right side of the screen, in Windows Vista?

You mean the back button when you open the control panel or something. I don't know how to change windows interface, but that's because it isn't very efficient.

your backspace key acts as the back button if you press it. Shift+backspace acts as your forward button. These are default.

You could download software for your mouse actions, say if you move your mouse pointer in a spiral three times backwards it hits backspace. I've never thought of this as efficient, or good against accidents:\. No recommendations on this but some people do it.

There are voice commands if you're computer has a microphone built in or you bought one. There's nothing more fun than screaming "back! back! back!" I use shoot 1.9.4 but it is a hassle to customize, it's very accurate after you train it and fast. I can teach you how to use it but the instructions are detailed so only if you want. Not recommended for households with sleeping children or irritable students. It's simple but takes a half hour to set up.

Autohotkey lets you easily change the keyboard shortcuts of anything, if you feel it's too tiring to stretch your finger to the backspace button. So now maybe "b+n" will be your shortcut if you choose.

It seems to change icons but I'm not sure if it's free. Whereas the other two are.

Oh and if you have a mouse with five buttons, you can customize that mouse with software to do backspace or other stuff. If your mouse wheel can scroll left and right it can do this too.

edit: by "the other two" I mean shoot and autohotkey. I know because I wanted to use them as an advantage in games :D. But it seems to be like cheating :\
