How can I move (transfer) a table from database to another database (our archive group)?

We opened an archive group to create more room in our database, but I need to know how to transfer files and tables from one group to another.

You can't transfer files and tables from one group to another.  You can set up similar files or database tables in other group, then copy/paste content from one group to the other as long as you have permission to do so from whoever created them.   Without permission, you would be in violation of Yahoo Group Guidelines Item #7.
