How can I move up from a 16g septum to a 14g?

how do i stretch it. I decided I wanted bigger jewelry but i got this done on august 18th.

and when is it safe to change my jewelry?

just lube it up and stick the new earring in. thats how i streched my lobes.

Well you could either go out and buy an expensive kit from the piercing place, or you could have a piercer do it ... which will also cost you  .... or you could just put some good ole vaseline on the bigger ring and slide it on through.

DETAILS ADDED ::: It is safe to change your jewlery after it has healed from being pierced, this ammount of time differs from person to person. The way that you can tell if it is healed is take your jewlery out ... leave it out for about 5-10 minutes at the most, then put it back in ... if it hurts or has resistance trying to go back in ... then you know it isn't healed yet. However ... if you decie to change your jewlery before it has completely healed, you can use listerine or alcohol to remove the germs from the new jewlery, and put it in with a clean hand. NEVER change jewlery with dirty hands even if it is healed. Good Luck. OH YEAH, and you can stretch it before it is healed. Mine wasn't healed when I did it.

too soon! to stretch anyway...leave it another 2-3 weeks at least, and to move up just put in a bigger earring in, put only the next size up...that way it shouldn't be too hard.
