  5. Theres no natural way to  delay something that comes naturally to you. Unless of course pregnancy is an option 4 u.  

  6. The only way I know of is doing a lot of intense running, like cross country. It happens to some of the girls I know. I'm not sure how long you would have to run before it takes effect.

  7. Why would you want to do that? It'll come when it comes, no need to be scared about  it every girl gets it. It's a sign that your body is working properly.  

  8. I have studied about the phsysiology of the woman's reproductiv system....didn't pay much attention though!!

    the things that i rmemebr are:

    -lose a lot of weight (become nearly anorexic!!) (warning: not healthy)

    -you can take HCG hormone (which is usually extracted from pregnant females urine!! so technically it is natural!!) this will prolong the production of the hormone progesterone by the corpus luteum (the left over of your ovule!!) it will make your body think that it is pregnant (as HCG is usually produced by the growing embryo) and your body will not shed the lining of your uterus= delayed menstruation. (again, i'm just a medical student..don't know the outcome!!)

    it is all about playing with your hormones!!...thats how contraceptive pills work, also!!!

    consult a gynaecologist! they might have other better alternatives!!

  9. As a woman you should be happy that you are having your period. its your body way of telling you that everything is working properly. so even though its something ever woman hates its like your own reminder that your body is healthy.
