How can I not automatically delete cookies when closing my browser?

Whenever I re-start my browser all my yahoo preferences have been erased?

If you're using Firefox, go to Tools→Options→Privacy. In the Cookies section choose to keep cookes until they expire.

If you're using Internet Explorer, it shouldn't be doing this. No matter what Privacy level you're using in Internet Options, it won't automatically delete the kind of cookie that stores your Yahoo! preferences. So if you're using IE, you probably have some third party software or Add-On that's doing this.

usually the happens with windows vista, if u have inter net explorer go to tools and look for prefference.
