Lately, I've been really tired. I'm an 11 year old girl, and I read that I'm supposed to get 9-10 hours of sleep. I usually go to bed at 9:00 and wake up at 6:15. So, how can I not be so tired during the day?

  1. i have the same problem!!except im 12 and i go to sleep at 10 ish o.o

im not sure wat it is im sorry but

    --good lucks to you-- ^_^

  2. I am just guessing here, since I don't know for sure if you have started to menstrate yet or not.  But if you have, the reason MIGHT be because of your monthly loss of blood.  Most girls/women can be slight anemic because of this.  You can be anemic from lots different causes....only one of which is menstration.  When you are anemic, you have less of hemoglobin that's in your red blood cells and hemoglobin is what carries oxygen in your blood.  If you are getting less oxygen carried around you can feel very fatigued....tired.

But this is only a guess.   Another reason might that you are depressed...hope you aren't and that you are a happy girl!!!

BUT there could be any number of other reasons... some not serious and some serious.  So be a smart girl and tell your parents, so that they can make an appointment with your doctor to check you out to make sure all is well.  Hope you are feeling better soon.

  3. You're probably not eating the right foods. You also need vitamin supplements. Stay away from JUNK foods [you know what they are] and NO SUGARS of any kind. Yes, I know it's not easy but that's the answer.
