How can I not be tired in the morning?

School tomorrow =[

Whenever I even go to bed early I'm exhausted in the morning. I dont know why. How can I not be tired in the morning even when I get enough sleep? Thanksss

  1. get a good night of sleep

    take a cold shower in the morning really refreshing

    and eat your breakfast

    good luck

    that's i'll i do and don't really get tired afterwards


  2. Get up a little early and do some exercise - run the neighborhood, do some sit ups......get your blood pumping...and you'll wake up! :)

  3. Make sure you dont eat or workout before bed time. Also, for me temp. has a lot to do with it. If I'm too hot or too cold I'll toss and turn. You might also want to try a new pillow, comfortable pjs, a warm shower or reading a book until your mind gets sleepy. I'm not much of a morning person either. :)  

  4. The most common reason is that you eat dinner late 6-8 is the best time to eat 9 you should be sleeping at 8-8:25 you should walk so your system digests the food and you will wake up more refreshed
