Illegally, which I wouldn't suggest.  It's not meant to be a diet pill. There are other over the counter diet pills that you can buy easily and legally. Ritalin can be addictive. It can cause serious heart problems.  Why would you want to subject yourself to that just to lose some weight?

And in all honesty, changing your lifestyle is the best way to lose weight and keep it off; it's not in some magic pill.
