Question:

How can I obtain my goal of gaining 3 to 5 pounds steadily for 12 months?

I play offensive line for football and I know all my steps and where to go but if i could stay above my back ups that would be great. all my back ups weigh more than me... so im thinkin 36-60 pound gain in one year would not only disprove all my previous beliefs on weight gain but i think my coaches will definitely have a what the h**l look on their face... in a good way

  1. better to gain weight in muscle and if u do workout u can build about 5 pounds of muscle in about 1 1/2 months...jus use whey protein and workout all over your body..


  2. Well there is a good way and a bad way for gaining weight.

    First what you should do is go to your doctor and talk it over. Also a balanced diet should be in order. Eat a good breakfast everyday.

    Now since you're going to be playing football strengthening the upper body is ideal. Enroll in a gym and if you have some extra money get a personal trainer. And in time you will gain weight but mostly in muscle.

    The bad way is just to pig out every day.

    Steroids are also a bad thing.

    If you are prescribed steroids from your doctor do not overdose or under dose because that can lead to very bad affects on your body.
