How can I obtain my transcripts If i owe money?

Hi guys I have been in school and i have received my associates degree 2 years ago now I want to go back to school and obtain my bachelors however I cant receive my transcripts from my college .. theyre telling me I owe $20,000 in loans ... and its been sent to collections... is there anyway that i can get my transcripts and just pay them maybe $100 a month.. I offered to pay them the $100 every month and shes telling me that thats not enough. Is there anyway at all that i can receive my transcript from the school. Please dont give me any c**p I understand now how important it is to pay loans but I cant give them what I dont have. Please help

At 100 dollars a month, it would take you over 16 years (even without interest calculated in) to pay off that 20K. It is a little half hearted an attempt at paying them off. For them to take you seriously, you are going to have to pay more, much more.  

You might consider working work for a year or so you can pay a pay that 20K off before you jump into your bachelors degree program.
