  1. You can marry someone in the royal family.

  2. You can't buy a title. That's their value - they are inherited. Some, like knighthoods and dames, are earned and awarded by the state or sovereign.

These "titles" with the manor are a joke. The Brits snicker that it's a sure way to make money off Americans.

Why not focus on accomplishing something through your own hardwork and skills?

  3. Why not join the Society for Creative Anachronism? The SCA is an international organization dedicated to researching and re-creating the arts and skills of pre-17th-century Europe. Their world consists of 19 kingdoms, with over 30,000 members residing in countries around the world. Members, dressed in clothing of the Middle Ages and Renaissance, attend events which may feature tournaments, arts exhibits, classes, workshops, dancing, feasts, and more. Their "royalty" hold courts at which they recognize and honor members for their contributions to the group.

The SCA has its own College of Arms to help you select and register an SCA name and heraldic device. The College of Arms has many resources to assist members in their research, to ensure that their names and devices are appropriate to the world we try to recreate, and that each registered name and device will be unique.

The SCA has an elaborate system of rank, awards, and honors to reward participants' accomplishments and service to the Society. Everyone is presumed to be minor nobility when they join the SCA, but any noble titles or honors used in the SCA must be earned in the SCA. These honors are bestowed by the King and Queen during their Royal Courts. You will find that the SCA's system of rank differs rather radically from that of Europe during the Middle Ages and Renaissance. Like many of the SCA's institutions, our system of rank wasn't so much planned as evolved.

  4. You cannot buy a royal title. You must marry a prince or anyone else that is officially royalty.

(P.S. You forgot Baroness in your list.)

  5. go to ren faire

  6. I could have married a prince but,

the perks are not that great.

  7. It used to be done by assassination. You have missed the bus.

  8. Either the Queen must give it to you or you

have to be born into it.

  9. You could, of course, try the Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt route.  Absolutely worthless (in more than one sense), of course.

You also seem to be thinking not only about royal titles, but noble titles as well.

IMO, acting nobly and being noble are worth much more than obtain a noble title.

  10. You cannot buy a legitimate title.People who buy these title as are not legally royals.Burke's Peerage and Debrett's considers these people frauds, and the real royals and aristocracy laugh at these people.

A woman's best chance to obtain a royal title is to marry a prince. She could earn an aristocratic title by doing something worthwhile in business,entertainment,science,medicine,... military, charity so extraordinarily well, that the peerage nominate her for the honor of a peerage title.Other than that, you have to be born to it.

  11. American citizens are forbiddedn from using hereditery titles .
