How can I obtain police record from Kuwait for American embassy in Cairo for visa fiance?

Apply Residents in person to Ministry of Interior,

At any Kuwait Embassy

Two options are available:

(1) applications may be accepted by some Kuwaiti missions (but responses by the Kuwaiti MFA are unreliable), or

(2) provide power of attorney to a relative or former employer's Public Relations Officer to lodge an application on your behalf with the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, General Department of Criminal Evidence.
