i really cannot answer this question for you, plus?i did not find any Malaysian representation in Iraq,

i do have email address for them in Iran ,perhaps you could write them to see as to where to address your visa demand for Malaysia,

Go to the Malysia Embassy, they give out Visa's. If you don't have one, you are out of luck unless you write them!
