How can I obtian a guard card in san jose?

Some of my co-workers said that it only takes one-few days for study the basic knowlages of security guard in the classroom and there is no phyical training requirement. what you have to do is pay aroud $150 for the regesation fee. If you pass the paper test they will sent you a guard card. Do you know what websites is reliable for people who interest to oobtain a guard card? did my friends said that right?

All you need to do is take one 8 hour class. Just call a local security company and they will be able to tell you where. You don't have to study for the class. The place will give you the test and take your fingerprints. Almost everyone passes. You'll get your guard card in maybe two weeks. But it's not that easy. Once you get hired you have to take 2 or 3 more classes at more cost. Probably another $250 or more. A gun permit will cost you another $130. Alot of these jobs only pay $10 an hour....
