How can I open my blackberry when its connected to my computer?

If you want to access the internal memory of the device, then you will need to install the Desktop Manager application WITH the Media Manager option.

If you want the device to show up as a drive letter when you connect it to the computer then you will need to purchase and install a microSD memory card inside of the device, and then enable Mass Storage mode by going to Options > Media Card.
