You have to establish the business..if you need funding you have to put together a business plan then take that to the bank or to investors. you then have to get a business license and take that to the tax office...in birmingham if you are in jefferson country ....they will issue you a tax id #. how ever if you are just wanting a tax id # its a bad idea. good luck!!!
