  1. it's all in your head, just relax, don't let it get to you

  2. fear is a choice, not that we deliberately decide to be afriad. fear is part of our fallen nature. That is, God did not create us to be afraid, it came in mans fall from the high position God first place man. But because fear comes natural now does not mean we have to accept it. God also tell us in 2nd Cor.10:5 to bring every thought into subjection. He would not have told us to do something that was not possibile. He also tells us to not lean on our own understanding, we should rely on Him He after all is the manufacture so we should look into the manufacture's hand-book. In Phippians 4:13  we are told we can do all things though Christ who will give us the strenght to do so.

In Ecclesiates 1:1 it tells us that, All is vanity, Vanity being, about US, every thought we think, every breath we breath is about US. So when you go out in the public and fear the public, You have an over dose of vanity in that area of your life. (we all have it in one area or another, so don't feel that i am putting you down.) Keep in mind that Christ is your judge not the people you fear, keep in mind they put thier pants on one leg at a time,  they eat, they sleep and they fear other things. (just like you) So keep your mind on other things besides what others thing about you. Christ is the only one you have to answer to. And He loves you more than you know.

  3. yes  ok   ..well  you  sound  just  about  normal  to  me  .. just  go  with   AGRO  ...PHOBIA     called  living   .....we  all  dont  like  blushing  in  public  and  fear  of  appearing  stupid  in  public  and  most  of  us  have  body  shape  stigma it  appears  at  the  moment  so  seems  your  normal  ...so  dont  bother  going  for  therapy  money  wasted   just  get  on  with  living  it  sucks  but  its  all  we  have  ...none  of  us  are  perfect

  4. I have emetophobia [fear of vomit/vomiting] and this helped me a bit:

I kept thinking, how would I react if someone in front of me threw up [or me?] I keep thinking about it, thinking of me or someone else doing it...and it helps me a bit because something just went bad on them that made them throw up. It's still scary though, but not as if I keep thinking about it...

  5. Ok first and foremost there is a big difference between a phobia and being afraid of something. A phobia is by definition:

    * "An unrealistic fear, often with obsessional characteristics."

    * "An intense, abnormal, or illogical fear of something specific"

    * "The English suffixes -phobia, -phobic, -phobe (of Greek origin: φόβος/φοβία ) occur in technical usage in psychiatry to construct words that describe irrational, disabling fear as a mental disorder"

Do you fear blushing in public so much that it debilitates you to the point where you have a hard time living your life? And do you fear being in public places so much that it prevents you from living your life?

A lot of times people think they have phobias but in all actuality it's not as bad as a phobia. Like i'm afraid of spiders. I had them. But I am not so afraid that it's irrational. So there for I do not have a phobia.

Now I don't know you personally and so I can't say what you have. But, if you feel you really have a problem then you should see someone. A doctor or a psychologist. They can properly help you. Good luck. :o)

  6. I'm not really sure maybe speaking with someone could help u out? best of luck just the same

  7. practice the things you're afraid of in public, do them a lot. eventually you will get used to it, and it will become natural, you shouldn't be scared, just relax, know that everyone does it sometimes.
