How can I pay for my UCAS application if I do not have an UK credit card?

I will be applying for 2009 and need to know how do to the necessary payment.I am from Romania and therefore my card is in Romanian Currency.The banks around here do not issue cards with pounds because GBPs do not have good traffic ( or sth like that)
