How can I perform at Disney World/Disney Channel?

I really would love to be in some kind of show at Disney World, and I heard you can get a career started there. I really want to be on Disney Channel. Please, any info would be great! Also, where can I audition for Disney Channel roles?

Hi there, below I have the link to Walt Disney World's casting department.  It has a list of all the jobs needed at the park and where the pay starts.  It also shows you how to apply.  There is listed where they have "Open Casting Calls" for new Cast Members with dates and locations.
