  1. with dark brown haircolor... Don't do it yourself.. you could turn them green. go to a salon.

  2. umm.

    dont do it yourself,

    go to the salon.

and you would have to bleach your hair.

  3. You need to know what you have done to be able to "un-do" it.

When you put in highlights, you have bleached your hair a couple of levels.  You have removed colour.  You cannot ever remove highlights except by letting it grow out and eventually cutting them off.

In the meantime, if you want to "cover them up", you can add some colour to them so they are as close to the rest of your hair as possible.  You can use a hair colour and blend in the colours.  You have to be careful because bleached hair will often "grab" colour and appear much darker.  You will also get colour on the rest of your hair and that is another problem.  Your coloured hair will eventually fade, and will appear lighter again.  You may have to colour your hair once more to blend in the shades.

The alternative is to use a non-peroxide colour which will only absorb in the bleached hair and make them closer to your own colour.  This is also only temporary, as it will fade too, and you will have to do it again.  But it doesn't damage the rest of your hair.  Be sure it is non-peroxide colour!

The best thing, honestly, is to find a good professional hair colourist and have them do it properly for you.  They have the experience to choose the right shade for you and to do it properly.  But please explain exactly what you want so there is no misunderstanding!

  4. uh by re dyeing your hair

  5. yhgjuh

  6. You should have your hair dyed the natural color.  That's pretty much the only way to get rid of them.

  7. Go to a salon for this. I had blonde highlights, and darrrrk brown hair, and this is what they did when I didn't want them anymore.

They dyed all of my hair black (it looked nearly black anyway). That's because instead of just dying the highlights and then having it turn out to be a diffrent color or something, they dye all of your hair (usually a darker color) so that incase the colors are off, all of your hair is the same tones.

Sorry if that was confusing xD
