How can I persnalize the yahoo page more to my liking?

When I updated the internet explorer and the yahoo toolbar, a little box opened asking me to personalize the yahoo page. I clicked on it and nothing happened. So how can I personalize it? I know how to personalize the My Yahoo page but I was wondering if that was what Yahoo was talking about. Maybe I'm just looking for something a little more than the options for personalizing my homepage other than the personlaizing options offered under the My Yahoo personalizing options. Thank you.

You can always try Yahoo options, just keep searching around the original yahoo page, you will find it.

Also, you can put an avatar from that site on for you pic area when you put on a question or an answer.

Check on the More yahoo and just pick what you'd like.
