Like send a message or ring from a website and then it will ring on your phone.

  1. There are many, many VoIP services that allow you to use your PC. and a headset, to make VoIP calls over the Internet to landphones.  Typically, you will have to pay to make calls to PSTN landlines, or cells, from your PC VoIP client.  However, the calling rates are very cheap these days.

    There are even a few services that are still in beta testing phase that allow free calling over Internet just using your PC web browser and a headset (with microphone).

    EarthCaller is one service still in beta and allows free calls from your PC to PSTN land phones, or cells in USA/Canada.

    You will need to create a user account and login before making your free PC-Phone calls.  It is free though, and no money up front.

  3. just use voice.yahoo.com I test all my phone like that!! The callerID will show 777-777-7777

    you also can use skype  and you will see the 123-456-7890
