Just a suggestion- Is there someone who lives nearby you that needs some house maintenance or yard maintenance done?  Perhaps you could help someone with putting up their holiday decorations.  A lot of people have people coming from out of town and need the extra help to get things done.  Who knows you may be fed a free meal and also make some cash.  Two birds with one rock so to speak.  If you are unable to preform work due to a disability then perhaps you can be of assistance in another way.  Good luck and may God bless you with a warm nutritious meal today!

getting a job would be probably the best answer, but hey, ask a friend for a dollar and you could get a bunch of Ramon noodles. lol they are cheap, you can get quite a few for your money.

Go to a church that provides a food pantry, you are not obbligated to attend service or anything.

The other thing is that some chuches once a week they organize some type of dinner, in my town they do dinner for $1.

Look in to it, mabey go to a library and look for something like that on the internet.

Go to your local market and see if you can be a bag boy for like 2 hrs. Pretend you're poor and put on really messed up cloths with dirt on your face till you get like 5 bucks. Look for some change and get food from the dollar menu at Mc donald's or BK. Kick some phone booths that "do not have black metal bars across them and seem old". Go by a train station or bus stop and ask for change for a fare. If they give you a fare card...scalp it for some cash. LOL i can  go on and on! Good luck bro.

ignorant the silly and obvious answers.  Sounds like you need help.  Try applying for food stamps.  If you in a bad financial situation then you should qualify.  Now if were talking "Need $$ for food asap aka NOW" then not to be funny but start collecting cans and bottles.  Dont underestimate how much you can make from that.  When you see that guys pushing  a cart of bottles he may have like $10-20 worth.  Now at a Wendys $dollar menu you can make that stretch.
