How can I pimp my shop/make it look really funky?

I manage a (ladies) clothes boutique for my mum (she works at the other one) and wanted to know what are some low cost ways to make my shop look a bit funkier without blowing the budget?

We sell to mainly the 16 to 30 age group but also have a few things for other age groups. I would really apreciate any ideas thanks!

Repaint the shop is cool colours and maybe paint a mural on one of the walls.

Take lots of photos of your stock, customers etc and put these on the wall too,

You need something special which will get people talking, what about getting a fishtank!!
