How can I play Club Penguin and be a member without paying?

Okay, number one: You can not get a membership without paying legally.

No one will give you a penguin which is during membership because it's like wasting 6 dollars.

And by the way, once a membership ends, you cannot use the clothes you bought while on the membership (unless you buy another membership that is).

So even if someone was a member and doesn't use it anymore, and they give it to you. You still would not be able to wear the clothes.
