How can I play Pokemon Diamond/perl with No$GBA 2.5 emulator?

When I Choose the game file, it said ' Could not read the data, Turn off the power and reinsert the DS card'. I use alot of DS rom file of that game from many webs but... It's still the same. HELP!

In Options => Emulation Setup => NDS-Cartridge Backup Media, change it to FLASH 512KBytes.
