How can I play Sims 2 without the blur effects when somebody is naked?

Just unzip, open up the .exe, and click the picture (you will know which one).

The blur will be removed when your sims are naked, now. However, Maxis didn't go into too much detail (good thing too I think). It will be more like a naked doll I guess.

Ha ha.. well aren't you curious?

You cant you'd have to hack into the gaming system and change the codes around I dint know how smart you may be but that is a lot of technicality.

Plus.. that's a tad perverted. Its blocked because it's rated T for TEEN

you cant. you can in Sims1, by deleting them in the shower or bath, but i guess you have already tried that...
