Question:

How can I possibly do this in a week???!!!! HELP!?

i am DESPERATE to lose weight, but i only have a week and half left to do most of it. i will be on a family vacation, and can't diet. i will be swimming everyday, as well as doing a bit of recreational biking to get around. there's a CVS Pharmacy where i'm going, which is the only store. what diet pill that's available there will be safe and produce fast restults without having to alter diet? HELP!

  1. It took you more than a week to gain the weight and it will take more than a week to lose the weight. But your on the right track.  Just keep moving! Stay active and eat healthy and forget the diet pills! You'll do fine if you take it one step at a time and change your life style by moving and eating right. The weight will come off and it will stay off!


  2. Those pills are NO GOOD for you!  Are you so desperate to lose weight that you're willing to risk your health now, and possibly for the long term?  You can diet if you want to.  You have the right to make your own food choices.  Proper nutrition and exercise is the ONLY healthy way to do it.

Um, lady, diet pills really aren't the answer to your problems.  They have very negative health effects and are super expensive.  Seriously, to loose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise, and that's not preaching.  Any diet pill is bad, my mom tried them and they didn't work and she got nasty side effects.  Read the fine print on the bottle or the infomercials.  Results may very,....diet and excercise to work.  You know those kinds of things.  You still can loose weight the proper way, even diet pills won't make you loose that much weight plus your body will eventually gain it all back.  Losing weight is not a fast procedure and you shouldn't want to hide it form your family.  First you should start eating healthier meals with lots of fresh fruits, and veggies and protein for muscle building.  Lifting light weights everyday is fast and it will get rid of some of the fat around the arms, plus muscle burns more fat.  You should stay away from fast food, oils, and butters, basically anything with high saturated or trans fats in it.  When buying foods you should read the nutrition facts on the side.  Stay away from anything that has more than 10 grams of fat in a serving, it may not seem bad but it really is. (ex. chips,  buy the baked kind instead.)  Things with a lot of sugar in them are very bad.(ex. can of pop)  One can of pop may seem harmless but when your body stores the sugar, and you don't use that energy and burn it off, it becomes fat.  Search for recipes online  or in a book for some good healthy meals.  Doing this will also make your family healthier since America is the number 1 fastest growing nation with obesity and diabetes.  Plus eating healthier will give you more energy, alertness, and all around make you more happy.  You said that you are doing physical activity daily which is great.  Doing recreational physical activities is a fun way to exercise.  Also you could possibly check out a local gym's or health club's activities, like a cycling, yoga, or aerobics class.  You could sign up for a class once or twice a week maybe even with a friend.  Having a friend to back you up and encourage you makes it easier to commit to a schedule of physical activities.  My mom and I are going to sign up for an aerobics class.  But my point is if you want to lose weight and keep it off and improve your health you should stick to nutrition and exercise.  I'm not trying to preach to you and tell you that you have to be a health nut, but it really does work and gives the best results.  You still can have bad foods every once in a while but not in excess.  Diet pills really aren't the answer.

  4. diet pills are very dangerous and you should not be takin them there really is not a healthy way to lose a bunch of weight in a week you have to do it slowly and right or you can get sick or gain it right back after you start eating normal again trust me i have experience  

  5. Anorexics die, and it's funny! I use lots of amphetamine, but I don't lose weight (sad face), oh well, guess you just have to learn not to be a wannabe anorexic (anorexics are fugly)

  7. hun, it looks like you have a serious problem.

    You need to go see a doctor right away. Please. Diet pills, crash diets, and eating disorders are VERY dangerous and can hurt you. Take it from someone who knows, my cousin recently had an eating disorder. She went to the hospital, and is now in a eating disorder rehabilitation clinic. She says its horrible.

    There is no need for you to lose wait, unless your doctor said that you need to lose a few pounds to be healthier. And i find that, that is not the reason. I am sure you are perfectly fine the way you are.

    Please, dont do this to yourself. Loosing wait now, has become a serious issue. Many have became ill, some have even died. Please, go see a doctor or talk to your mom. There is no reason for you to be so crazed about losing wait.

    It seems like you have a serious problem. Please, for your own good; go see a doctor.

    But if you really would like to lose a few pounds, do it the HEALTHY way.

    Eat lots of leafy greens, vegetables, and protien. Take vitamins, and exercise each day for atleast half an hour. Stay away from Trans. fats, high sugar content, and fattening foods. Eating healthier, and exercising daily is the best way to lose a few pounds.

  8. Exercise will do far more for you both in terms of health and weight loss than any diet pill on the market.  Do as much cycling as you can and you'll feel great.
