it depends what you mean. theres many different ways of doing that. do you mean emailing pictures and videos to a friend? submitting one to a site like youtube (videos) or putting them on a website?

to post pictures you need a web hosting site like photobucket.com.upload ur photos to that site then at the bottome you will see links.if you post them links in emails and forums etc people will see them.

there are sites that do the same for videos aswell.i dont really know of any atm cause the only one i use is youtube.com.

You could try a piczo, bebo or myspace account.
