How can I post this high quality video?

Hey guys I'm in the processing of making a faily good quality film going for about 40mins and I need to give it to my friend in Finland, mailing is out of the option but is there anyway she can view it, preferably without posting it in 4 parts on youtube...?

why is mailing not an option ?

I think its the best option to keep it private

or

if u can get the embed code for the video you can copy and paste it in your im window like on yahoo messenger and he/she can view it !
