How can I post videos on Facebook from my Mac?

I have a PowerBook G4 and it runs on Mac OS X Software Version 10.3.9 My mac is about 6 or so years old. I have tried Exporting to different formats, but i just cant find the right one.

Processor: 1 Ghz PowerPC G4

1 MB L3 cache

Memory: 512 MB L3 SDRAM

I have no clue if that info will help you but what ever.

well i have a new mac and what i do is put the video i want in the download section and then open facebook video...then upload...then browse... then i click downloads and find the video...idk how it is on the old comps though
