  1. ok well i totally love volleyball i play it at my schhol and what i do for some more practice is go to the Y and spike the ball against the wall a couple times to get better or bring a friend to bump the ball around!!

  2. Find a wall.  Anywhere.  You could even do this quietly in your room.  Sit down facing the wall.  Take the ball and practice setting right up against the wall.  Don't set high, or far away.  Get your face close to the wall and do small, quick sets over and over.  This repetition will help your sets become more consistent and accurate.  You can also lay flat on the ground, and do the same thing.  My dad, who is a coach, had me do this and it really helped.  You can also find a doorway, and set to the space of the wall above the door.

  3. well, you're kinda screwed.

lay down and set to yourself.

it helps you work on your set with minimal space.

  4. do some baby sets on a wall in your garage or in your bedroom. or you could call a friend to set some with you! if you really wanna work on it, put in a hoodie and go outside. moving around some won't make it seem so cold out there!

i have a vball tourney coming up this weekend too!

    you play JO's i assume...

    goodluck this weekend!

  5. work out. Do push ups, sit ups, dips etc.

  6. find a wall nd hit back nd fourth it helps i did for mine 2

  7. If there is a near by open field (or your back or front yard) you can practice there. You can bump to yourself, set to yourself, bump or set with someone else, or mabe serve. If there is a football field nearby you can use the goal post thingy as your

    "net". Hope that helps! =)

  8. This is my first year being homeschooled, and one of the things I miss the most is volleyball.

Even though volleyball is a secondary sport to me (horseback riding being the first) I plan on playing for my school again when I return for my senior year.

To keep 'good', I serve over my house and with my neighbor's volleyball net, set onto my roof (and it rolls back, I set again, etc.) and pass with my friends in my basement or in the yard.

Right now it's about 10 degrees every day, so I don't go outside. I just go to the gym as much as I can, and pass the ball against the wall in our unfinished basement.

    .

    Good luck!
