How can I prepare for an online competency test in an interview this week for a IT Technical Support position?

I am an IT graduate with 3 years experience but I left the IT scene for 2 years and now want to return. I'm rusty and not sure what to expect or how to prepare for this test. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
