How can I prepare for the college math assessment test? I have a month . i will enter a community college?

please advise me on what to study! I really do not want to be placed in a lower level because i know i have what it takes for the high level but i need a rapid review. math is important in my educated as i am trying to take chemistry and biology classes. please help me. thank you for your time and patience

OK. when they give u the math assesment test, they just wanna know if you've been exposed to the knowledge that each different math course teaches. In that case, what you wanna do is a general review of formulas and equations up to a level ur confident with. For instance, on the test, they might give you an equation and ask which of the following equations have the same  value.  

If you wanna place in trig, know ur trig identities.  Being a science major, I would say you'd be better off taking trig in college because your gona need that for the rest of your upcoming math classes. Just try to get a score where you dont have to take algebra.  I really dont think they have any statistics questions in there. Ur gona have to take that class no matter what.  

study: exponents(multiplication/division) , order of operations, linear inequalities, the slope formulas,  factoring, adding/subtracting fractions, easy logarithms, and some graphs.

Knowing these you wil place in trig, where you u wanna place.
