  1. stay healthy is the no. 1 thing dnt u think??? and work hard and listen to ur coach (if u got one)


  2. Well... I'm on track for hurdles you need to work on your form and your speed. And I run the 400m and what you need to do is deffinetly work on speed by timing your self when you run a 100m and multiply by 4. You should also try running a mile every day, eat healthier and you should cut back on sodas ro fast food places to get that good track body.
