Question:

How can I prepare for track(100-400). Also do you know what i can do to get a 6 pack.?

  1. Practice, practice, practice is all I can say. Run where you can. I took time off of my track meet mile each week because of school practice. You'll need to find out from someone else about six packs, because evidentally, I've never had one. (not for fat reasons) :o


  2. condition yourself to run

    ex: run one mile exery day until it gets easy so run two miles & so on

    to get a six pack do a lot ov crunches
