I want to be able to prepare several days of newsletters in advance of the day they are sent.

Question not clear. If you mean print a number of newsletters & then come back and add to what you already printed, Just make sure you don't change anything on the saved pages and type in the new information. If you did not leave enough space continue to a blank page.
