How can I prepare myself for "h**l week" or conditioning?

The 1st day of practice is on August 11th .. In other words next Monday, and we haven't done conditioning and I suppose were gonna start the 1st day, I've been running every morning since early March of this year cause I really want to be a starter for SS or FS, and I don't wanna give up at all in conditioning, so can anyone tell me how can I prepare myself so I won't give up or atleast last long enought so the coaches can see that I got heart for the game?

  1. Just keep doing what your doing.


  2. If youve been running that long you should be able to make the only thing you could do is intensify your running by taking less time on your rest period and go longer periods of running also maybe try a weight vest or something for extra resistance. good luck

  3. ok well safetys are like a cornerback and a linebacker mixed

    make sure you are Strong and fast

    do some sprints and leg workouts

    and then work on your arms and chest

    Watch some of Bob sanders highlights and watch what he does
