How can I prepare this ff sol'ns: cell lysis sol'n, RNase A sol'n, protein precip. sol'n, and 1X TE (ph8)?

I do not know much about DNA extraction but can I prepare the following solutions? (cell lysis solution, RNase A solution, protein precipitation solution, and 1X TE ph8 buffer solution). I really need a full list of possible ingredients.
