How can I prevent being sore for a big lacrosse tournament on sunday?

This was the first week of weight lifting for football for me.im already a little sore but it can get a lot worse and today was just topped the cake with throwing huge tires ect and i know im going to be really sore if i dont act upon this.Help me out guys.

  1. DOn't do a lot of running and excercise and take a hot bath or go in a hot tub that always works for me.


  2. Go home and take a nap or take a hot bath, you could also try stretching out your muscles after your workout to prevent soreness.

  3. Just dont really run around until the game, ice anything that is sore now. just relax until the game
