Question:

How can I prevent getting red in the face?

My face gets bright red when I get overheated (I get overheated very easily). I wouldn't really care about it except that every time I get red the area where my mustache is supposed to be and its very noticeable. Very white line of skin surrounded by red doesn't look that good. How can I prevent this or cover it up?

  1. Use foundation powder to cover it up. If you sweat a lot and are afraid that it will drop, use liquid foundation. Then, while covering it up, drink 500ml of green tea every day to cool yourself down. If you can continue drinking for a month or so ,there should be visible changes.

  2. I would agree to drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and to breathe normally though one may have a skin condition (though I'm not trying to diagnose you ;) known as rosacea (pronounced 'roe Zay shuh') that causes one to blush easily.  Please do talk with a (board-certified) dermatologist to rule that out.

Please do not drink inordinate amounts of water, however, or water intoxication can result:  http://waterintoxication.org

  3. breath normally and drink a lot of water to stay hydrated
