Question:

How can I prevent getting side cramps when I run?

I run about 2 miles almost every day but I still seem to always get a cramp right below my ribs. Is there anything I can do before or while I run to prevent this?

  1. Drink lots Of Water.


  2. Run first thing in the AM.  Don't drink water or eat as that is what is causing it.

    You body is trying to digest food and it can't digest food, which is going to do, and serve your body as energy too.
