How can I prevent injuries in soccer/footbal/futbol?

I am joning soon and I'm worried about it, any tips? My grandfather would wear alot of socks.

  1. U can't in soccer someones gonna get kicked & football is a hardcore sport so there's no way of preventing injuries in those sports.  


  2. There is no absolute way of preventing getting rocked with the soccer ball and getting injured. But to prevent any other minor injuries like ankle twists or sprains is by stretching out your muscles really good before and after any soccer practice or game.

  3. Wear shinguards, stretch and stay hydrated.  Football is demanding physically and usually there's a punk on the other team who might tackle you by going for an illegal sweep.  Kick his *** if that happens.
