How can I prevent my face from getting blotchy when I work out?

When I do any strenuous sport outside, like tennis, my face tends to get all red and blotchy with white spots. I think it's mainly due to the heat, but i'm not too sure about the sun. It isn't painful or anything, it's just a hassle to explain to people that this is a commonality for me. How can I prevent this from happening?

  1. first apply a sunblock to protect your face and after you finish your sport apply the after sun cream

  2. I have the same exact problem...its kind of embarrassing, at least for me...there really is nothing you can do, just breathe.

this is apparently a good sign, though. it means your heart is working properly and its a way to cool your body down.

It means you have low cholesterol!

  3. i don't think you can! mine does it too... maybe if we started using a different regiment on our daily skin care it would help? i found a new online tool for "diagnosing" skin types and problems... once you answer all their questions, it recommends the in-store products that will work best. let's try it and see! i put a link to it in my blog:
